An Answer to the Question: Can new cars be exchanged after a few days for a more expensive level of the same car?

You guys might also have this question so I'm posting it here with a good answer too. It comes from 'jade' who asks:Just bought a new Nissan Rogue. I love it, but now I wish I got the next level up because there are features in that model that I'm realizing I really, really wish I had. I'm going to call them but before I do I thought I'd just ask here. Do car dealerships "exchange" one car for a more expensive model, or would I basically have to trade the car in and buy the new one?
Answer: You have to trade it in and buy the new one. Because what you have now is a "used" car that they can no longer sell as new.Ask them if they have a slightly used demonstrator with the features you want.
