A very important part of the GPS system is the suction cup mount. This is used to attach your system to your windshield.

The Suction cup comes in handy to most drivers because it has the GPS system mounted on the windshield very close to the driver. However these Suction cups have been banned in some states. These states argue that the driver's vision is blocked as he does not have a full view of the road ahead of him due to the suction mount.

You would hear an audio voice giving you directions. All you have to do is feed in where you need to get to before you start your journey. This would also guide you through the quickest route to your destination.

Overall if you have a built in system, a system on your dashboard, or one that is attached to a suction mount it's easy to that these navigation systems have made things a lot easier for us. If we don't know your way around in a new city it can be very helpful. Even if we were lost in our own city a GPS system could help us find our way home.
