My first hand experience over the years has shown me that there are a lot of dealerships that do not consistently follow up with potential customers. As recently as two months ago i went into a dealership (where i got service) and told them that i wanted to buy a car. After going through the numbers and leaving, the sales person never called me back once to earn my business, and that was when gas was $4 a gallon. Great job,Bruce! Love your site, and you are right on about the U.S. Auto-makers and dealers. I love your concept of the 3rd party follow up call,probably the reason they don’t do it is it makes to much sense. Think of all the other business’s that could use it also.
