64505 and lidocaine and cpt, So, you have decided you want to learn to drive but not sure where to start the ball (or should we say wheels?) rolling. As long as you are over the age of 17 all you need to do initially to get in the driver's seat is to apply for your provisional licence. You can apply for this on the DVLA website or you can pick up the relevant D1 application form from the Post Office.
When you fill the form in you will need to enclose an original document to confirm your identity, a passport style colour photo and of course the fee which is 50.00.Your application and fee must be sent to DVLA, Swansea, SA99 1AD.
If your application all goes smoothly you should have your provisional licence within two to three weeks. Your licence will consist of two parts - the photo card and the paper counterpart, lidocaine afrin. Both parts of the licence constitute the whole document so it is vital that you keep both parts safe. Remember that when it comes to taking your test, you must present both parts to the examiner or the test will be cancelled and you will lose your test fee.
